13th
Just a quick update to let you know I am still alive! Not
done anything over the last 3 odd weeks due to work load. Going
to try and push forward this weekend (although I know the misses
is talking about sorting out a couple of rooms int he house for
christmas!) so I have a feeling it could slow down even more :(
Oh well I'd rather do it in my own time a make a good job of ith,
rather than rush it a make a mess!!
19th
Well at least I got the gearbox all cleaned up and painted,
and also the garage a bit sorted.
25th
Well went down the scrap yard today who lightned me for
£25 for the bits I needed. At least I can move on with the
pedals and stuff now this weekend! Hopefully I'll
get them in place this weekend so at least the whole month won't
be lost. Not taken any pictures recently as not much has changed
(except I'm sure my hair is getting even more grey!)
30th
Very disapointing weekend :( I had hoped to get far more
done but after spending most of Saturday cleaning the wife's car
that we are puttin gup for sale I lost my enuthism for doing the
kit. I did manage to clean and paint the new hub and pedals, and
while I had the hub up to dry I cracked my head on it... BOY did
that hurt (Still had a bump 4 days later!). Anyway a few pics of
things I did do as no one ever reads this text!!
Pedal box top, taking that plastic off is
a bitch!!
The hubs cleaned and painted, they are not
a perfect match but dimension wise they seem perfect
Pedals in place (testing) as I intend not
to use the Sierra servo
